User Data Deletion Instructions

MDJ Social Automation respects your right to request deletion of information associated with your interaction with our social media automation services.

If you have interacted with an Instagram account using MDJ Social Automation and would like your associated information removed, you may submit a deletion request.

What Information Can Be Deleted

Depending on your previous interactions, MDJ Social Automation may hold limited information such as:

• Instagram user ID
• Instagram username
• Comment information received through the Instagram API
• Message or automation interaction records
• Automated reply history
• Link-click records
• Campaign interaction records
• Technical delivery or error logs associated with your interaction

We do not control information that remains directly on Instagram or Meta platforms. Requests to delete content stored by Instagram itself should also be handled through Instagram’s own account and privacy controls.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to:

Use the email subject:

MDJ Social Automation – Data Deletion Request

Please include:

• Your Instagram username
• The social media account you interacted with, if known
• A brief description of the interaction or campaign
• A statement confirming that you would like your information deleted

For example:

Instagram Username: @yourusername
I would like to request deletion of data associated with my interactions with MDJ Social Automation.

Verification

We may request reasonable additional information to verify that the request relates to the correct account or interaction.

Please do not send passwords, access tokens, authentication codes, or other sensitive login credentials.

Processing Your Request

After receiving and verifying a valid deletion request, we will remove or anonymize applicable information from MDJ Social Automation systems where reasonably possible.

Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days.

Certain limited records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or legitimate operational requirements.

Disconnecting Instagram Authorization

If you have authorized MDJ Social Automation through Instagram, you may also remove the application’s authorization from your Instagram account settings under the section for connected apps or websites.

Removing authorization prevents future API access associated with that authorization but does not necessarily delete historical records already stored by MDJ Social Automation.

For deletion of those records, please submit a request using the process above.
