Download Terms

These Download Terms apply to free music files, promotional downloads, edits, bootlegs, stems, and other materials made available through mdj.my.id.

By using a download gate or accessing a download link, you agree to these terms.

Download Gate

Access to a download may require you to:

• Open the MENDADAK DJ Instagram profile.
• Open or support a SoundCloud track.
• Provide a valid email address.
• Optionally provide your Instagram username.
• Accept the Privacy Policy and these Download Terms.
• Optionally choose whether to receive MDJ promotional email.

Clicking an Instagram or SoundCloud button is recorded for promotional statistics. MDJ does not automatically verify whether you completed a follow, like, repost, comment, or similar action.

You must not provide another person’s email address or impersonate another person.

Download Access

After completing the required steps, you may receive a temporary access link by email or directly through the website.

The access link may:

• Expire after a limited period.
• Have a limited number of permitted uses.
• Redirect to a Google Drive folder.
• Provide more than one format, such as MP3 or WAV.

Do not attempt to bypass, manipulate, automate, or interfere with the download gate or its tracking system.

Availability of a link does not guarantee that Google Drive, SoundCloud, Instagram, your internet provider, or another third-party service will always be available.

Permitted Use

Unless a specific release page clearly provides a different licence, downloaded files are provided for:

• Personal listening.
• Private evaluation.
• Non-commercial DJ practice.
• Promotional support of the relevant MDJ release.

A download does not automatically grant permission for commercial exploitation.

Prohibited Use

Without prior written permission from all applicable rights holders, you may not:

• Sell, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the downloaded file.
• Upload the file to another download site, cloud folder, social platform, streaming service, or file-sharing service.
• Claim that you created or own music that you did not create or own.
• Release the file through a record label or distributor.
• Monetize the file through streaming, video, advertising, subscription, or content-identification systems.
• Use the music in commercial advertising, film, television, games, applications, or other synchronized media.
• Extract, sample, remix, modify, or create derivative works for commercial release.
• Remove credits, metadata, copyright notices, or identifying information.
• Share a private or tokenized download link to help another person bypass the download gate.

A specific written licence shown on an individual release page may provide additional permissions and will take priority for that release.

Copyright and Third-Party Material

All rights in original MDJ recordings, artwork, branding, and written materials remain with their respective owners.

Some unofficial edits, remixes, mashups, or bootlegs may contain music or recordings owned by third parties. Making a file available does not transfer ownership of the underlying composition, recording, artwork, performer rights, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights.

You remain responsible for obtaining any permissions required for your intended use.

If you are a rights holder and believe that material available through the website infringes your rights, contact info@mdj.my.id with:

• Identification of the protected work.
• The URL of the relevant MDJ page or download.
• Your contact information.
• A description of your rights or authority.
• The action you are requesting.

MDJ may suspend or remove access while a claim is reviewed.

Personal Information

Information collected through the download gate is handled according to the MDJ Privacy Policy.

Marketing consent is optional. You may unsubscribe from promotional email at any time.

Abuse and Suspension

MDJ may block, limit, or revoke access when there is suspected:

• Automated or bot activity.
• False or misleading information.
• Excessive repeated requests.
• Circumvention of download restrictions.
• Redistribution of private links.
• Security abuse.
• Violation of these terms.

No Warranty

Downloads are provided on an “as available” basis.

MDJ does not guarantee that every file will be error-free, compatible with every device or software application, continuously available, or suitable for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for checking the file, maintaining backups, and using appropriate security software.

Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MDJ is not responsible for indirect loss, lost data, lost revenue, third-party platform failure, device incompatibility, or unauthorized redistribution by another user.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

MDJ may update these terms when the download system, available files, service providers, or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies from its stated update date.
