Terms of Service – MDJ Social Automation

These Terms of Service govern the use of MDJ Social Automation, a social media automation service operated by MENDADAK DJ through mdj.my.id.

By using, authorizing, connecting to, or interacting with MDJ Social Automation, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About MDJ Social Automation

MDJ Social Automation is designed to help manage interactions on supported social media platforms, including Instagram.

The service may provide features such as automated comment replies, keyword-based automation, private replies or direct messages, delivery of requested links or content, interaction logging, campaign management, and analytics related to automated interactions.

The availability of individual features depends on the APIs, permissions, policies, and technical capabilities provided by the relevant social media platform.

2. Social Media Platform Rules

MDJ Social Automation uses official APIs and services provided by third-party platforms such as Meta and Instagram.

Use of MDJ Social Automation must comply with all applicable platform policies, developer policies, messaging rules, privacy requirements, and other terms imposed by those platforms.

Features may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued if a social media platform changes its API, permissions, policies, or technical requirements.

3. Automated Messages and Replies

MDJ Social Automation may automatically respond to specific user actions.

For example, a user who comments a configured keyword on an Instagram post may receive an automated public reply and, where permitted by the platform, a private message containing requested information or a link.

Automated interactions are configured by the administrator or owner of the connected social media account.

We do not guarantee that every eligible interaction will result in a successful automated response because delivery may depend on platform limitations, account permissions, API availability, rate limits, or other technical factors.

4. Acceptable Use

Users and administrators of MDJ Social Automation must not use the service for unlawful activities, unsolicited spam, harassment, fraudulent activity, deceptive practices, unauthorized access to accounts, distribution of malicious content, or activities that violate the rules of Instagram, Meta, or any other supported platform.

MDJ Social Automation must only be connected to accounts for which the person configuring the service has legitimate authorization.

5. Account Authorization

Connecting a social media account to MDJ Social Automation may require authorization through the relevant platform.

The connected account owner is responsible for ensuring that they have permission to authorize access and use automation features.

Authorization may be revoked at any time through the applicable social media platform or by contacting us.

6. Access Tokens and Credentials

MDJ Social Automation may securely process authentication credentials, access tokens, or similar authorization information required to communicate with supported APIs.

Users must not intentionally share private access tokens, passwords, authentication codes, or other confidential credentials with unauthorized parties.

We take reasonable measures to protect credentials used by the service, but no internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Service Availability

We aim to maintain reliable operation of MDJ Social Automation, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, API outages, changes made by social media platforms, network problems, security measures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Changes to Features

We may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features of MDJ Social Automation at any time.

Changes may be necessary to comply with social media platform requirements, improve security, introduce new functionality, or address technical issues.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MENDADAK DJ and MDJ Social Automation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

This includes losses resulting from missed messages, failed automation, API outages, account restrictions, platform policy enforcement, link availability, or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Suspension or Termination

Access to MDJ Social Automation may be suspended or terminated when necessary to protect the service, comply with applicable laws or platform policies, prevent abuse, or respond to security concerns.

A connected account owner may also discontinue use of the service by revoking authorization or requesting disconnection.

13. Intellectual Property

The MDJ Social Automation name, software, interface, configuration, documentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to MENDADAK DJ unless otherwise stated.

Third-party names, trademarks, and platform services remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of MDJ Social Automation after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
